Victor Borsche is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in managing and growing businesses across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Shareholder at KED Independence ahead and dr.mielke.systemtechnik GmbH, as well as Managing Director and Shareholder at BlechMal GmbH since 2016, Victor has demonstrated notable success in e-commerce, achieving over 100% year-on-year growth. Prior to these roles, Victor co-founded and served as CEO of THEO UG, where innovative urban logistics solutions were developed, including a pioneering autonomous delivery service. Victor's background includes participation in the Global Leader Development Programme at BMW Group and involvement with BMW i Ventures and The Boston Consulting Group.
