Dvir André Tzanua

Dvir Tzanua is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in innovation, education, and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of BLEE Hackathons since October 2016, Dvir has spearheaded initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive project implementation. Dvir also serves as Co-Founder and COO of ShiftUp Solutions, and is a member of Ximus. Prior to these roles, Dvir co-founded Roommates and led Global Finance School as CEO, significantly advancing the company's business and marketing strategies. Additional experience includes a role as Competence Development Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where international training efforts were executed, and serving as a Training Instructor for the Israel Defense Forces. Dvir holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University and has completed studies at HEC Paris, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
