Adria Crangasu

Adria Crangasu has worked in various roles across two companies. From 2013 to present, Adria has worked at BLEND Localization, starting as an Operations Lead before taking on roles as Vendor Management Executive, Head of Project Management / Account Management, Branch Manager, and Strategic Account Manager. In this role, Adria was responsible for leading recruitment efforts, providing operational and strategic support, collaborating with cross-functional departments, providing an advisory role and point of escalation in complex cases, conducting post project evaluations, and managing customer relationships. Adria also held a Shift Manager of Customer Support role, supervising customer support staff, resolving customer satisfaction issues, providing training sessions, and assisting with field requests for information. Prior to BLEND Localization, Adria worked at SpotVision in 2012 as a Sales Consultant (B2B).

Adria Crangasu obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the Romanian American University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Musical Performance from the National University of Music Bucharest between 2008 and 2012.
