Uma Konappalli

Uma Konappalli currently serves as a Product Design Manager in User Experience at Blend, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Uma was a Product Design Leader and Product Manager at PlanSource from December 2020 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead User Experience Designer/Architect at Tata Consultancy Services (May 2016 - December 2020), User Experience Designer Consultant at KAIROS Strategic Consulting (2013 - 2016), and various design roles at Symphony Teleca and Texity Systems Pvt. Ltd. Uma's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Product Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Uma also engaged in a project focusing on innovative design methods during the postgraduate studies.
