Cj Li currently serves as the Global Head of Business Excellence and the Global Head of the All-Star Program at Blend360, alongside overseeing Operations and Global Delivery for Data Science and Customer Experience Solutions. Prior to joining Blend360 in June 2021, Cj Li held roles at Interpublic Group (IPG) as SVP and Chief of Staff for Data & Tech, as well as co-founding ARTMONT EDUCATION, which focuses on STEAM educational products for K-8 students. Cj Li's background includes significant leadership positions at Merkle, Bank of America, and Capgemini, with expertise in marketing technology and analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BS in Computer & Information Sciences from the University of Delaware.
