Scott Sassoon

Scott Sassoon has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate, design, and business development. From 1997 to 1999, they were Co-Founder and President of Swipe It Meal Card, a private issue meal plan (debit) card marketed to the Boston undergraduate community. In 1999, they joined Illusion Fusion! as Business Development Manager, where they developed ecommerce, "brochure-ware" and viral marketing micro-site campaigns for major clients. From 2001 to 2015, they were Principal of Promenade Design + Build, a real estate development, condo conversions, ground up construction, and gut rehabs of multi-family properties. In 2014, they co-founded Blender Workspace, a leading luxury workspace operator located on Madison Avenue in New York City. In 2015, they became Partner at The Capitol Forum. Finally, in 2018, they became a Founding Member of Global Collective, a global alliance of premium workspace operators.

Scott Sassoon has a BS in Political Science and Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Scott also studied Art History and International Business at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. Scott attended Buckingham Browne & Nichols School prior to their college studies. In addition, they hold certifications from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Lead-Safe Certified Firm, the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs as a Home Improvement Contractor, and the New York State Department of State as a Real Estate Salesperson.
