She has a strong background in the financial sector covering financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting. She combines this with an insightful understanding of the key wealth management areas of superannuation, insurance, and investment.
At Blenkhorn Kirkwood, she is responsible for business management and providing financial planning and analysis to the Board of Directors. Peara is also leading a number of change projects to bring efficiencies within the business to key operational areas such as advice production, administration, client onboarding and client care.
