Carolyn Bailey

Carolyn Bailey has more than 20 years of work experience in risk management. Carolyn started their career as a Corporate Risk Manager at Everest & Jennings, Graham Field Health Products in 1998. Carolyn then worked as a Risk Manager at Forest Park Hospital from 2003 to 2008. Currently, they are the Director of Risk Management at Blessing Health System, where they have been working since 2008. In this role, they oversee risk management for a health system that includes hospitals, physician groups, clinics, and various services.

Carolyn Bailey's education history includes pursuing a Master's degree in Management & Leadership (plus some Legal Studies) from Webster University's Graduate Program. Carolyn also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Police Science from Sam Houston State University. Their education further includes studying Criminal Corrections at Southeast Missouri State University, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, Carolyn holds certifications such as CHSP (Certified Healthcare Safety Professional) and CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management) obtained from ASHRM and AHA institutions respectively.
