Laura Triplett, MBA, RHIA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Laura started their career at Blessing Health System in 2002 as a Coder and later held roles as a Data Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, and Six Sigma Black Belt. In their most recent position at the company, they served as the Director of Health Information Management, overseeing the operations and resources for multiple healthcare facilities.
Additionally, Laura Triplett joined Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences in 2018 as an HIM Program Instructor, where they developed lesson plans and taught various healthcare courses. Laura successfully achieved CAHIIM accreditation for the newly developed program as a notable achievement.
Laura Triplett has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Hannibal-LaGrange College and a master's degree in Business Administration from William Woods University. Laura also has an associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Hutchinson Community College, and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Health Information Management from Weber State University.
