Robert Ritchey

Robert Ritchey, RPH, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert currently serves as the Administrative Director of Pharmacy & Supply Chain at Blessing Health, where they are responsible for leading strategy and achieving sustainable financial goals for the 340b program and system-wide pharmacy standardization. Robert is also focused on developing a culture of inclusivity and nurturing future leaders.

Prior to their current role, Robert worked as the Regional Director of Pharmacy Services at SSM Health from 2012 to 2020. During this time, they managed the pharmacy services for the region.

Before joining SSM Health, Robert held various roles at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center. Robert started as the Director of Pharmacy in 2012 and held that position until 2017. Robert also served as the Pharmacy Operations Manager from 2012 to 2013.

Robert began their career at Walgreens, where they worked as a Pharmacy Manager from 2004 to 2009.

Robert Ritchey, RPH, MBA completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science/Secondary Education at Greenville University from 1994 to 1998. Robert then obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at McKendree University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Robert Ritchey obtained the Apexus Advanced 340b Operations Certificate from Apexus LLC in September 2019.
