Paul Marais

Paul Marais is an experienced professional in business development and finance, currently serving as the New Business Manager at BLG Development Finance since March 2017. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Carson & Co as a Lettings Negotiator and Asokoro Island in Abuja, Nigeria, as Executive Director of Business Development. Experience also includes being the National Franchise Expansion Manager at Rawson Property Group and the National Marketing Manager at Deposit Advantage, part of the Lombard Insurance Group. Early career highlights include serving as Senior Portfolio Manager for Property Development at Imperial Bank and Regional Manager for Residential and Commercial Developments at Absa. Paul has a high school diploma from Hottentots Holland High School, attained in 1981.
