Peter Wade

Peter Wade is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in finance and management. As Chairman of Business Lending Group since September 2010, Peter has focused on providing residential development finance to small and medium-sized developers in the UK. Previously, Peter served as a Partner at Electronic Training Company from 2008 to 2012, and as CEO Europe at Bayview Financial, overseeing the growth of commercial mortgages for SMEs across Europe. Peter's career at GE Capital from 1989 to 2007 included several board-level international roles, culminating in positions such as GM, Quality Leader, and Director of Market Development for Europe. Peter also held the role of Managing Director at GE Money for Southern Europe from 2000 to 2005. Peter holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Leeds Beckett University.
