Tom Stapelfeldt is an accomplished construction manager with over 15 years of experience in overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in both residential and commercial markets. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative for Bliffert Lumber & Hardware and as an Outside Sales/Window Specialist at Wisconsin Building Supply since 2015, Tom has demonstrated a strong ability to lead, adapt, and drive performance in challenging situations. Previous roles include Architectural Project Manager/Outside Sales at Weather-Tek Design Center, Project Manager/Outside Sales at Milwaukee Millwork, and Owner of Midwest Stone Encounter LLC, specializing in custom stamped concrete installations. As President of Stapelfeldt Builders Inc, Tom managed all aspects of custom home construction. Tom began their career managing the press room at Quad Graphics, focusing on credit repair and education. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.
