BLIINK
Siham Fadili has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Chef de publicité for Publicis Groupe, where they coordinated international advertising for L'Oréal Luxe. In 2009, they joined Fullsix as a Media Consultant. Siham then moved to AdVideum in 2011, initially working in Business Development and later becoming a Senior Sales Manager. From 2016 to 2017, Siham served as the Head of Sales and Business Development at AdVideum before becoming the Deputy Director General from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, in 2018, they co-founded BLIINK and assumed the role of CEO.
Siham Fadili obtained their Diploma in Business and Management from the University of Sussex in 2004-2005. Siham then pursued a License in Gestion Major Marketing at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management from 2005-2006. Continuing their education, they earned a Master's degree in Conseil Marketing & Communication from the same institution from 2006-2008.

Bliink is a technology company specialized in online contextual advertising. Founded in 2018 by Siham Fadili (CEO), Samuel Kerboeuf (CTO) and Julia Muller (Head of Sales), it offers brands the opportunity to reconnect with their audiences and better understand them at a time when the entire advertising ecosystem must reinvent itself in the face of increasingly demanding consumers. It uses visual intelligence through a precise analysis of the premium media environment consulted by the consumer, from text to images and page metadata. The unique targeting technology developed by Bliink serves the advertising message so that it resonates with the right audience, offering a relevant and integrated advertising experience. Bliink counts 30 talents in its Parisian office, a team that has doubled this year to better meet the ever-increasing demand.
