Witold Litaszewski has extensive experience in credit processes, risk management, and buy now, pay later (BNPL) solutions. Previously, from 2018 to 2021, Witold served as Managing Director of the Risk Area at Idea Bank S.A., and held several leadership positions at Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A., including Leader of the Impairment Model Team. Currently, they are the Head of the Consumer Finance Department at BLIK, while also pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, and Banking at Uniwersytet Warszawski. Witold has developed impairment models and built and validated various scoring and rating models in their career.
