She is the Superintendent at Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind (VSDB). Pat has enjoyed over 30 years in the field of education as a teacher, administrator, trainer, and mentor. Has worked in all aspects of Special Education with expertise in deafness, DeafBlind, vision impairment, and multiple disabilities.
