Joshua Lee is an experienced game designer with a strong background in combat balancing, mission scripting, and general game design. Currently serving as a Game Designer at Blind Squirrel Games since August 2021, Joshua previously held the position of Technical Designer at Survios, where responsibilities included combat encounter design and economy balancing. As a Game Designer at The Rogue Initiative, Joshua contributed to various aspects of gameplay, including NPC animation and AI. Joshua began the career journey as a Volunteer Art Lead and later served as an Engineer/3D Artist, focusing on tools programming and 3D modeling. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Game Development from the University of Southern California, completed in 2015.
