Maksym Balatsko has a diverse work experience. Maksym started working at FIT ČVUT v Praze in 2017 as a Scientific Assistant in the Image Processing Lab. Maksym later took on a role as a Teacher at the same institution from February 2018 to September 2019. In 2015, Maksym worked as a self-employed Python Web Developer. In 2017, they joined Surmon as a Computer Vision Developer, where they worked on a project involving particle detection in cells using Computer Vision algorithms. Maksym also developed web backend using Java Spring framework and optimized speed and memory consumption of built-in ImageJ preprocessing and particle detection algorithms. In 2018, Maksym joined Blindspot AI as a Machine Learning Developer, responsible for developing ML models. Their work included fraud detection, chatbot development, anomaly detection in user logs, and classification model development. Maksym also pitched ideas on enhancing performance and efficiency. Currently, Maksym works at Blindspot AI as a Project Lead.
Maksym Balatsko received their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Faculty of Information Technology at CTU in Prague in 2017. Maksym then continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Knowledge Engineering in 2020.
