Adrien Frizé

Adrien Frizé is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Bling, a position they have held since January 2021. Adrien is in charge of Operations (payments, fraud, KYC, providers), Risk (credit and operational), Data, Cash Collection, Customer Support and HR.

Adrien has successfully scaled the company, enabling it to triple its revenue, improve most other KPIs, launch a new country, raise a €10m series A and file for a banking license, all in their first 6 months. Adrien has also grown their team from 3 to 20+ talents representing 8 nationalities in Paris and Barcelona with 0 resignations and high employee satisfaction.

Prior to joining Bling, Adrien worked at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa from April 2018 to January 2021, where they led strategic projects in Retail Banking and was a member of the Retail Banking Executive Committee. During their time at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, they contributed to C-level decision making and strategy (steering of commercial performance, setting of mortgage interest rates, IT roadmap, etc.). Adrien also selected investment or partnership opportunities (bank as a service, wealth management).

Adrien Frizé holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC School of Management / HEC Paris, which is considered the best master's degree in finance in the world according to the Financial Times. Adrien also has a certification in growth hacking foundations from LinkedIn. Prior to their career in finance, they completed preparatory classes for business school competitive entrance exams at Lycée Louis-le-Grand and earned their baccalauréat in scientifique from the same school.

Adrien Frizé works with Alan Wagner - CTO, Francis Saillard - CFO, and Julien Moreau - CLO. Their manager is Pierre-Eloi Acar, CEO.
