Richard Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, sales management, and consulting. Currently serving as a Search Consultant at gpac since February 2024, Richard provides comprehensive recruitment services for diverse clients. As the Owner of Rich Frank Photography since 2014, Richard demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Account Manager at DISH Network, Field Specialist at Peloton Interactive, and General Manager at both iFLY Indoor Skydiving and Office Depot/OfficeMax. Richard’s career at Best Buy spanned a decade, during which various positions were held, culminating in Mobile Manager. Earlier experience includes Store Manager at Connectivity Source (Sprint Indirect) and Sales Manager at Hotel Resources. Richard’s background features a strong focus on coaching, employee training, performance management, inventory control, and customer service.
