Elad Benbaji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and legal sectors. As Co-Founder and CO-CEO of Blink since May 2021, Benbaji drives innovation and leadership. Benbaji also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, teaching topics related to capital markets, regulation, and competition since January 2020. Previously, Benbaji held the role of CEO of Investment and Securities at Excellence Investment House from January 2008 to April 2021, where the company became the most profitable brokerage on Israel's stock exchange during Benbaji's tenure. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of the TBA Tase Brokers Association and Director at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange from January 2009 to April 2014. Benbaji's background includes a position as Head of the Department of Banking & Insurance at the Israel Competition Authority from 2003 to 2007 and experience as a lawyer at EBN & CO from 1999 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Law from Bar-Ilan University.
