Clara Cuevas is an accomplished People & Culture leader with extensive experience in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving in dual roles as the People & Culture leader for both Independent and BlinkRx, Clara specializes in HR for technology and creative industries, and has contributed to Blink Health being recognized as one of America's best tech startup employers by Forbes in 2021 and 2022. Previous positions include Head of HR North America at WGSN, HR Director at HR Consulting, Senior HR Business Partner at Mass General Brigham, and HR Consultant at McDonald's Corporation. Clara holds multiple degrees in Leadership and Business from Northeastern University and Florida Metropolitan University, along with several certifications from AWS in Generative AI and Cloud for CHROs.
