Tauseef Kidwai has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Tauseef is currently working at Blink Health as a Principal Software Engineer, a position they began in August 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Blink Health from June 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Blink Health, Tauseef worked at Groupon as a Technical Lead from July 2018 to June 2020. During their tenure, they played a key role in designing and implementing Groupon's PySpark-based keyword bidding pipeline, resulting in significant annual revenue. Tauseef also conducted detailed data analysis using Zeppelin and Spark, and proposed features in the bidding algorithm that increased revenue by 20%. Prior to Groupon, Tauseef worked at Amazon, starting in 2006. At Amazon, they held various roles including Software Development Engineer in the Mobile & Social Media Customer Service department from March 2011 to June 2015. In this role, they designed and built a full-stack social media communication application used by Amazon Customer Service agents. Tauseef also developed machine learning models to identify actionable social media posts using text classification and created rich GUI-driven dashboards for integrating customer insights from social media channels.

Before that, Tauseef was a Software Development Engineer in Amazon's Telephony department from March 2009 to February 2011, where they designed and developed Click To Call technology. Tauseef was awarded a patent by the US and EU patent offices for this work. Tauseef also implemented web applications and widgets for customer service agents. Earlier in their career, from August 2006 to February 2009, Tauseef worked as a Software Development Engineer in Amazon's Customer Service Applications team. Tauseef engineered a GUI-based automated problem-solving wizard for customer service agents and created a business-critical configuration storage web service for Amazon's internal CRM software.

Tauseef started their career with an internship at IBM in 2004, where they worked as a Software Developer Internship from September 2004 to December 2004.

Tauseef Kidwai earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university.
