Preston Phillips has a long and varied career in the sports and health tech industries. Preston began their career in 2012 as the Founder of FieldHouse Marketing, a fully-integrated marketing agency focused on driving consumer brands to innovative creative opportunities across the sports & entertainment industries. In 2014, they Co-Founded Replay Technologies Inc. and took on the role of Head of US Business. In 2016, they joined Intel Corporation as Global Managing Director of Intel Sports, where they managed and led all sports and entertainment partnerships with teams, leagues, properties and media/broadcasters. In 2018, they Co-Founded Klip Sports, an AI-driven sports highlights editing, publishing, and measurement platform, and also became an Advisory Board Member for Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment (DISE). In 2020, they became a Limited Partner for Blink Technologies, Inc., a company focused on creating the ultimate interaction between the human eye and the world around us through everyday devices. In 2021, they became Managing Director of leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners, a company that sources, funds, and drives growth of early-stage sports & health tech startups globally. In 2022, they became a Partner for WhiteRock and a Venture Partner for Cerro Capital, a company that invests in technology-enabled companies adapting the culture of traditional sports into globally-scalable businesses.

Preston Phillips received a BA in Marketing and Advertising from Southern Methodist University between 2001 and 2004. Preston then attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for International Business in 2004. Prior to that, they studied Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2000 to 2001. In 2011, they took a course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the SMU Cox School of Business. Preston also holds certifications from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for an Emmy Award Winner in 2015 for "Super Bowl 50 - EyeVision 360" and from the American Advertising Federation for a NSAC National Champion for Visit Florida in 2004.
