Justin Koch

Justin Koch is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as Manager of Account Management at Blink Charging since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior Account Manager. Justin has a strong background in customer success, having worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at SemaConnect from February 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes the position of National Account Manager at ULTATEL and various roles in hospitality and internships, including Lead Server and Bartender at Parallel Wine Bistro and positions at Bechtel Corporation and RSM US LLP. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University, earned in 2018, further complementing a diverse skill set and leadership experience as a Founding Father and Vice President of Kappa Delta Rho.
