Mark Hubbard has extensive experience in construction and project management within the electric vehicle infrastructure sector. As the Construction / Field Services / Network Operations Manager at Blink Charging since July 2015, Mark oversees various aspects of operations. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Project Manager at Builtech Construction, Inc. from December 2013 to July 2015. From 2009 to 2013, Mark held the position of National Construction Manager at Electric Transportation Engineering Corp. dba ECOtality, where responsibilities included managing the installation phase of a large-scale project involving 12,000 electric vehicle charging stations across 125 major markets nationwide.
