Cláudio Gonçalves has worked in a variety of roles, beginning in 2010 as a Customer Service Operator for Tempo-Team. In 2013, they became the Marketing and Content Manager for Fraglíder. In 2014, they took on roles as a Customer Service at Game Retail Ltd. and as a Social Media Consultant at hitbox Entertainment GmbH. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Contracts Coordinator, Bloomberg Customer Support Pilot representative, and Technical Support Representative for Bloomberg LP. In 2021, they became the Marketing Manager for Scout Gaming Group, and in 2022 they took on the role of Customer Success at Blinkfire Analytics, Inc.

Cláudio Gonçalves obtained a Master's degree in Esports Business from ISDE in 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto in 2014. Cláudio also attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2011 to 2012, studying Marketing.
