Nishtha Khandelwal

Nishtha Khandelwal is currently the Vice President of Growth & Marketing at Blinkit, having joined the company in June 2022 after serving as Director of Growth. Prior to Blinkit, Nishtha Khandelwal spent over six years at McKinsey & Company, where the roles included Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, and Junior Associate, as well as a Summer Associate position in 2015. An internship at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India involved studying corporate governance practices in Asia, particularly in South Korea and Taiwan, to identify gaps and propose amendments to Indian law. Nishtha Khandelwal holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
