Saswati Roy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Blinkit since January 2023. Previously, Saswati held the position of Builder at Meraki Labs from July 2020 to December 2022, focusing on nurturing new-age companies in India. Prior to that, Saswati worked in operations at Tamarind Chutney, an apparel brand dedicated to empowering Indian artisans, and served as an Investment Intern at Stellaris Venture Partners, contributing to investment theses and due diligence for early-stage tech startups. Saswati's extensive background at Unilever includes roles such as Category Quality Manager and Manufacturing Manager, where leadership and quality execution were paramount. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
