With over 13 years of experience as a Senior Producer Director in broadcast television, they have contributed to several popular unscripted shows, including "SAS: Who Dares Wins" and "24 Hours In A&E," working with major broadcasters such as BBC and Hulu. Recently, Karl served as a Skills Advisor at Impact Academy, helping companies access government-funded apprenticeships to enhance employee development.
