Hersh Shukla

Hersh Shukla is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in wireless communication systems. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Blinq Networks in India since June 2025, Hersh leads innovation in baseband modem software development for 5G NR systems. Previously, as Senior Director at EdgeQ Inc. from February 2020 to July 2025, Hersh contributed to pioneering 5G system on a chip technology. As Director of Software Engineering at Mavenir from September 2016 to February 2020, Hersh directed a team in the advancement of Oran compatible 4G and 5G macro products, achieving the commercialization of the Oran compatible 4G Macro eNB. Additional roles include significant positions at Altiostar, Broadcom, Beceem Communications, and Sinett, with a strong technical foundation supported by an MS in Computer Networks from EPFL and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
