Torkel Bergstøl

Torkel Bergstøl is a seasoned professional in communication and change management, currently serving as Lead Consultant for Adoption & Change Management at blinQ AS since August 2021. Prior roles include Communication Lead at Telenor, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder management and digital workplace governance during the rollout of Microsoft 365 and VMware Workspace One. Torkel has held various leadership positions in public relations and communication for organizations such as BDO Norge, Nittedal kommune, and Oslo kommune, as well as co-founding Industry Media Group, which focused on enhancing internal communication through video production. Torkel's extensive experience in the broadcast industry includes significant roles at Smartcom:tv, Active Loop Television, and TV 2. Torkel holds an Executive Master of Management in Innovation from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
