Pieter Botha

Pieter Botha is a seasoned data engineer with a diverse background in software and electronic engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Blinq since September 2024, Pieter's experience includes founding BetaTrends, an initiative aimed at empowering creators with essential insights from October 2022 to September 2024. Pieter also participated in various community-building programs and cohorts, such as The Community Collective and the Giants Founder Cohort 7. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Shine Solutions Group, Server-side Developer at SalesPreso, Consultant at KPMG Australia, and various positions in electronic engineering. Pieter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed between 2013 and 2016.
