Laís de Souza

Laís de Souza is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in sales, team leadership, and education within the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead for Ecosystem Education at Blip since June 2021, Laís has developed a comprehensive knowledge base for over 100 partners and facilitated targeted communication with stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role in Inside Sales at Órigo Energia, where Laís trained new employees, served as a sales consultant, and fostered customer relationships. Additional roles in volunteer leadership and project consulting reflect a commitment to community engagement and the development of young leaders. Laís holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas.
