Michele Marcial

Michele Marcial is a professional with extensive experience in conversational design and UX writing. Currently, Michele works as a Conversational Designer at Blip since September 2024 and serves as a guest professor at arara school, teaching concepts related to Controlled Vocabulary and UX Writing. Previous roles include Senior Conversational UX Analyst at 8D Hubify, where Michele led discovery processes, and Content and UX Analyst at Let's Bot. Michele has also worked as an Intelligence Analyst at Take Blip, focusing on enhancing user experiences through metrics, and at Omnilogic, analyzing data from e-commerce platforms. Education includes a bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and ongoing postgraduate studies in UX and Digital Product Design at PUC Minas.
