João Lima

João Lima is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Head of Security Engineering at Blip.pt since June 2021. Previously, João held several key positions at Blip.pt, including Application Security Senior Manager, Security Country Senior Manager, and Security Officer, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, ISO 27001 implementation, data privacy, and comprehensive security testing and assurance. Earlier in their career, João worked as a Consultant at Visionware, focusing on the definition and implementation of security platforms, access control policies, and information security evaluations. João holds multiple certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras.
