Michael Derins

Michael Derins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at RiversEdge Advisors, LLC since July 2022 and as an Advisor at BLISS CO since January 2021, Michael also holds a long-standing membership with YPO since January 2016. Previously, Michael was the Executive Vice President of Business Development and a member of the Board of Directors at Bounteous from October 2007 until November 2021, during which The Archer Group, under Michael's leadership as Chief Executive Officer, was acquired by Bounteous in January 2020. Before that, Michael was the Principal and Managing Director at the Boy Scouts of America - Del-Mar-Va Council from April 2016 to March 2019 and served as Senior Vice President and Group Account Director at Grey Group for a brief period in 2007. Additionally, Michael was a Partner and Executive Vice President at Refinery Inc. from July 2000 to June 2007. Michael holds a BS in Marketing from Rutgers Business School and completed an Executive Education program at Wharton in 2022.
