Priyanka Kamble-Mirgal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Priyanka Kamble- began their career in 2008 as an Executive Talent Acquisition at T&M Services Consulting Pvt Ltd. Priyanka Kamble- then worked as an Acting Team Mentor at Contactx Resource Management from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Novartis Consumer Health as an HR Generalist and held the position until 2015. Priyanka Kamble- then moved to GSK, where they worked as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2016. In 2019, they joined LogisticsNow as a Sr Associate HR and Admin, and later transitioned to the role of HR Consultant from 2020 to 2020. In 2021, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited. Currently, they are working as a Business HR - International at Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd.

Priyanka Kamble-Mirgal obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the University of Mumbai in 2006. Following that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2010 and 2012.
