Phong Ho is the founder of Bliss Media Pty Ltd, established in Melbourne in 2002, where the journey began with a small team and a vision to harness the potential of the Internet for brand development. Prior to founding Bliss Media, Phong worked as a contract web developer at Tribal DDB from 2002 to 2003. Phong holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Master's degree in Multimedia from Swinburne University of Technology.

Bliss Digital is a strategic digital agency. A lot of the work we do is within sectors that make a genuine difference – not-for-profit, government, health, education and tourism. Our team is deeply passionate about the impact of our work and the positive change it generates. For over 15 years (since 2002) we have been collaborating with organisations and brands to co-design best in class experiences for their users.
