Debra Gardiner

Debra Gardiner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Debra currently holds the position of National Account Manager at Blistex Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales at Maverick Distillery from May 2020 to September 2021, where they were responsible for marketing and sales of commercial alcohol to the Canadian market and managed Maverick's co-packing services across North America.

In 2018, Debra served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at The Smile Store Canada, playing a crucial role in developing and executing a marketing and sales plan for a newly created medical venture. Their responsibilities included website and social platform design, digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Before joining The Smile Store Canada, Debra worked at PepsiCo as a National Key Account Manager from September 2007 to April 2011. Their role involved developing and implementing sales plans for Sobeys and Walmart accounts, integrating category and brand strategies with customer objectives to drive profitability.

Debra also gained experience at Unilever as a Key Account Manager from February 2000 to November 2003 and at Noranda as a Marketing Executive from October 1994 to February 2000. At Noranda, they excelled in marketing and sales of zinc and lead metal to a wide range of end-use accounts, building relationships with key customers and implementing long-term plans. Additionally, they capitalized on networking and marketing initiatives to promote galvanizing as a preferred treatment method.

Their early career began at Kelly Services, where they worked as an Account Manager from 1992 to 1994.
