Susanna Malmsten

Susanna Malmsten has extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as Chef Utveckling & Erbjudande at Bliwa Livförsäkring since June 2022. Prior to this role, Susanna held various senior positions at Länsförsäkringar Fondliv from January 2012 to July 2022, including Chef Affär (CCO), where responsibilities included sales management, business development, and customer service initiatives. Susanna's leadership roles also extended to managing operations and projects, as seen in previous positions within Länsförsäkringar Liv and its various departments. In addition to corporate roles, Susanna has served on the boards of several organizations, including S4I Standard for Insurance and Fullmaktskollen, contributing to advancements in insurance standards and consumer services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stockholm University and additional training in system science and business development.
