Nakul Ghansal

Nakul Ghansal is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. HR Talent Acquisition at BLJ Tech Geeks since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nakul worked as Executive Talent Acquisition at Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt. Ltd, from August 2021 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Supervisor at Aashman Foundation from March 2021 to July 2021, where responsibilities included supervising a team of assistant supervisors and preparing HR-related reports. Nakul holds a BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from CCS University, completed between 2017 and 2020.
