Alicia Arnett, PMP has over 20 years of work experience. Alicia is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at BLKDG since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sketchfolio from May 2009 to November 2022, where they held the role of Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating internal operational activities, leading and directing operations and human resources, and assisting in the development of policies for the business. Alicia was also responsible for managing web development and marketing projects for clients in various industries, using both PMI and Agile methods.

Before their time at Sketchfolio, Alicia worked at Kronos from July 2000 to January 2009. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Practice Manager in Educational Services, Practice Manager in Change Order Support, Project Management Practice Manager, Manager of Project Management, 6.0 Program Manager, Client Engagement Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, developed and delivered training programs, supported product change order requests, and provided project management for large and complex projects.
