blng studio is an architecture-led, multi-disciplinary design studio based in London and working internationally.

Building on the legacy of a family practice founded in 1955 in Kassel, Germany, the studio is led by Ariadna and Leo Bieling, the third generation of the Bieling family. Their combined cultural perspectives— Mexican warmth and German-British—inform a design language that balances precision, materiality, and human connection.

The studio combines heritage with creative curiosity—crafting human-centred architecture, environments, and objects that connect people and context. We see design as inquiry, an exploration that combines function and delight — architecture is one expression of what we do.

We craft spaces people feel connected to—and return to.
