Bill Maas, CCIM has a diverse work experience that includes roles in real estate and sports analysis. From 2010, they have been with Block & Company Inc., Realtors, initially starting as the Director of Real Estate Services and later becoming the Vice President in January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an NFL Analyst for KCSP 610 Sports in 2008. From 2012 to 2017, they were an NFL Analyst for Time Warner Cable. Before that, from 1995 to 2007, they held the same role at Fox Sports. Bill'searly career started in 1984 as an athlete for the KC CHIEFS, where they remained until 1994.
Bill Maas, CCIM attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre Law. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the CCIM Institute, including a CCIM Designee certification with over 5 years of experience, which they received in March 2023. Bill also holds a CCIM certification from the same institution.
