Marc Bachs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, management consulting, and strategy within various industries, including crypto and fintech. As the Head of Operations at Block Earner since October 2025, Marc is focused on scaling the business. Marc co-founded Wild Bites of Australia in January 2024, specializing in sustainable kangaroo biltong snacks. In addition to current roles, Marc has served as an Independent Management Consultant at Seny Advisors since February 2018, previously held the position of Strategy & Operations Manager at Revolut from July 2023 to October 2025, and worked as Transformation Manager at Corpus from February 2019 to May 2023.
