Paul Ravkin

Paul is the Head of Operations at TileDB, working throughout all areas of the company unifying individuals and departments behind one collective vision. Prior to joining TileDB, Paul worked for Kruze Consulting performing accounting & finance services for 20+ startups ranging from pre-revenue to $20 million in ARR. Previous stop includes Financial Controller at blooom.com which was the fastest growing FinTech company in the USA at the time increasing its AUM from $1 billion to $3 billion in under 2 years. Paul spends his free time camping, fishing, golfing and traveling with his wife and two little boys. Paul speaks fluent Croatian and enough German to order a beer and get into trouble with the locals about who’s soccer team will win the world cup.
