Currently, they work as a Meeting Manager at AH & Association Headquarters, where they oversee national conferences and trade shows, managing significant budgets and enhancing attendee experiences. Cariann has previously held roles such as Development and Event Specialist at Sparrow Foundation, where they planned major fundraising events, and Event Planner at American Concrete Institute, executing large national conferences and workshops.
