Executive Assistant to the President at Green Bay Packers

Lisa Kaiser has been with the Green Bay Packers since September 2004, when they were hired as the Executive Assistant to the President. In their previous position at Associated Bank, Lisa held various positions over their 15-year tenure, including Executive Assistant and Administrative Analyst.

In their current role with the Packers, Lisa is responsible for instituting efficiencies across human resources to achieve an accelerated level of implementation of projects aligned to the strategic business objectives of the organization. Lisa also communicates regularly with leadership, internal partners and external contacts regarding project status and requirements, and participates in strategic team meetings and other planning meetings as needed.

Lisa is known for being a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is able to handle multiple projects at a time. Lisa is also known for their ability to problem solve and maintain confidentiality.

After high school, Lisa Kaiser attended Lakeshore Technical College, where they earned an associate degree in early childhood development.
