William Blevins

William Blevins is currently a Cloud Automation Engineer at Block.one since January 2021, following previous experience as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services from November 2016 to December 2020. With a strong foundation in software engineering, William has worked extensively with languages such as Java, Javascript, Ruby, and C#, and has utilized various AWS services including DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, and CloudFormation. Prior to AWS, William served as a Software Application Engineer at Leidos, where responsibilities encompassed the last six stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on middleware design, real-time simulations, and user interfaces. William's early career included software engineering co-op positions at SAIC, contributing to test procedures and software deployment. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Intelligent Systems from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
